I ordered some cargo trousers and upon arrival they were too small. This wasn’t a problem, however the return process was not easy to follow.

I sent the trousers in the post to the return address following all the complicated instructions and was told I would get an email when they have been received and that I would be issued a refund.

To my disappointment I have never heard back from Marvotti regarding my return and therefore haven't had any refund.
I have tried to reach out to them on other platforms such as social media but have had no response.

Great service and clothing. Only thing negative for me is the high prices. I guess I'll just wait until you do another sale! 😁

Been living in the heavyweights ever since I've bought them, all I ask is you bring out more colourways and maybe a zip jacket.

This is a scam company. Ordered 2 pairs of trackpants but none fitted. It says on their website free returns which is a lie as you have to pay to return. Once you send your return the post office are unable to deliver as the company no longer exists at the address provided. Items now being returned to sender. Wish I had seen all the other reviews. If you google the company you will see multiple bad experiences and scam websites saying they’re site shouldn’t be trusted

My 4th or 5th order from Marvotti. The best quality materials and fit is genuinely the best vs any other brand. You get what you pay for quality garments that last.

Really quick delivery and regular check in updates on the purchase is really useful. The personal touches such as the thank you note from the brand is really valuable as a customer in order to making the customer feel appreciated.

I was very disappointed to read the label to see the track pants were made in China. Not cool especially as they market as luxury British apparel!

Joke of a company, do not buy from them. I returned my items at the start of July and they have still not been processed on the 09/08/2024, even though I received confirmation from Royal Mail that it was accepted. I have sent multiple emails and still no response. No phone number to ring. They try to hide your comments on instagram. Scammers.

Marvotti has an amazing selection of products, and I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The website is easy to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth. My order arrived on time, and the items were well-packaged. I'm really happy with my purchase and feel like I got excellent value for my money.

No refund. Don’t buy if it doesn’t fit they will not return your funds. It has been over 2months.

I returned my parcel on the 24/05/24 using Royal Mail and it is now 06/08/24 and I still haven’t received my refund.

I have checked on their website, which informs me that the return has been delivered.

There is no phone number to ring and I have tried every avenue in an attempt to get a response, but I still haven’t had a reply.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this time I feel it is necessary so people are aware of the incompetence of this company.

I have used this company a few times and my son loves the clothes, they are great quality but I have been chasing a refund of £101.60 since March and heard nothing from them except emails saying they miss me!
It's a shame because as I said their product is great but not impressed with lack of customer service or being out of pocket so for that reason would advise...
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Clothes arrived in two days from order. They were good packaged and there are proper pieces. This brand is fantastic and highly recommend this brand.
