Again I come back here to update on my previous review that Marvottti have INDEED received my return and notified me my refund will be processed by 8 days.

It’s been a month now and I still have not revived anything, it’s 3 months since my instal order date, these guys are con artists and I can’t believe they’re allowed to continue trading after seeing how many people they’ve scammed out of money, avoid them at all costs.

Wish I looked at the reviews sooner these guys are scammers. Returned two items and wished for a size up and paid £12 to ship it back. They haven’t contacted me back after multiple times getting in contact and now they have basically stolen £70 off me.

The WORST brand ever to buy from. Quality is CRAP, but their service is worse. Took over 1-week to despatch (despite numerous chaser emails), the item came and the quality was shocking.

Returned for a refund, sent about 10 emails to no reply. They haven’t even accepted delivery of my item. Royal Mail still has it after these clowns didn’t accept it.

Do not under any circumstances order from these.

I’ve raised a dispute with them through Mastercard to get my money back.

Horrible scam.

Their 5 star reviews are clearly from their own staff.

Delivery time was estimated as 3-5 days for a £61.99 pair of Cargos, item didn't arrive till after 3 weeks when I no longer required the clothes.

I was not able to return the items as it passed the 14 day return window. Absolute shoddy service, will not be purchasing anything from Marvotti again.

So far so good, now made my second, bigger order as being extremely happy with my relaxed cargos and sizing across every product is accurate. My experience was great and even got the order next day.

Materials used are top quality. Will order more things for sure. Definitely in the ranks of luxury brands you pay more money for. On the look out for what they do this summer for sure.

Don’t buy from here. I bought some cargos and spent £13 to return them again and I haven’t had my refund after months of asking and emailing. Not worth it at all. They’ve basically stolen £80 off me. A joke of a company

Fantastic produc, have many pairs of trouser, all excellent quality and look great

They received my return (i have proof), emailed many times with no response, got the bank involved and they then sent me a stupid email how they're a small business and want the dispute closed. Months later still no refund even after "they processed the refund" now getting the bank involved again to get back my stolen money. DO NOT order from these people, worst online shopping experience i have ever had! Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very quick and easy process, will definitely be using again

Ordered on the 22nd of January, to this date no refund. Only correspondence I’ve had from them is an email saying they’ve received my return ironically the day after I got in touch with the bank to report them. They said refund will show within 8 working days we’re now at 10! Still nothing, no email reply’s nothing. p*ss poor

These guys a scam artists, as per all other reviews, they are great at taking your money and getting stuff out to you, but if you endeavor to return something then you are out of luck, no reply to multiple emails and 6 weeks later no money returned

Returned an item and did not receive a refund. Luckily I sent the item back (which I payed for) signed for as proof Marvotti received the item. I contact them multiple times with 0 response after 4 months of originally sending the item back and then fortunately found the postal receipt. Very disappointing and be careful if you are returning items back to them

Bought cargos from the store. They were really high quality and quickly delivered.

Fast shipping and great communication through process. Quality of the product is as good as it is advertised.

Extremely bad customer service, no replies to any communication. I’ve never known anything like it, the brand wants to be the best in the world it will never get there treating consumers so badly. I would not buy from this company, stay clear. I will be having to get my bank involved for a refund.
