Don’t be hooked in by the fake reviews on Trustpilot. This is a scam company that doesn’t give returns and keeps your money. Avoid at all costs.

Customer Service is first class at Marvotti and the main reason I will continue to buy from them.A Failed delivery from Evri was responded to immediately by marvotti who resolved this issue by sending out a replacement pair of cargos which were with me the following day. They are first class and at comfortable prices. Thoroughly recommend!

Please avoid this company. I ordered 2 pair of cargos which came and was awful quality. I then asked for a refund which they took ages to respond to, so just got it back in time for the 14 day period. But they have kept my item and not gave me a refund. Will not message me back on anything.

SCAM COMPANY

Where do I even begin! - Placed an order on the 3rd of September with Evri 2 Day Delivery, received an email confirmation of my order but no tracking information. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't send an email enquiry in until the 8th in which I received a 1 line response, letting me know ‘Dave’ would look into it. After another 10 days of radio silence, I reached out again requesting a refund, to which i received an email with an unclear response to why I still hadn't received my order while completely ignoring my refund request. I replied again stating that I had placed this order over 2 weeks ago & it still hasn't been dispatched and doubled down on my refund request. The reply (again ignoring my request for a refund) went on to explain how ‘Dave’ understands, and i should check my spam for a non existent dispatch confirmation. I ask a final time for a refund & I’m told that i need to wait until the package arrives, send it back, and i’ll be able to get my money back.

Fast forward to the 23rd, I receive an email stating the product has been delivered by Evri, which would have been great news, if the product had actually been delivered.

I can see many people have shared similar experiences, if in doubt, contact your bank!!

Avoid at all costs, clothes arrived and were very cheap and poorly made, they say they accept returns but my parcel just got sent back to me when sending to the given address. I messaged on insta and they would reply then ignore and wouldn’t give a new address

Marvotti clothing never fails to impress. I always get compliments and questions about where I got the clothing. 5 star service for 5 star clothing

Ordered on 2nd August spending £90 quid, never received product, have emailed multiple times, messaged on Facebook, commented on posts and all they did was block me on Facebook and haven't replied to a single email! Spent £90 and not received anything! Absolute scam, avoid at all costs.

Website is great to use , the styles are all great and it’s a super quick delivery. I bought the cargos for my son’s birthday and he loved them, great colour and nice fabric and a good fit.

The delivery was free and it came next day. I was super impressed with the quality of this cargo. I would definitely order off of marvotti again you defo get your moneys worth

I ordered multiple items and didn't receive half of the items. Of the 2 items I did receive I refunded one item as it wasn't the right fit/size and its been over three months and I haven't received a refund.

I raised a merchant dispute through my bank. The bank investigated and they actually responded to my bank with fabricated documents.

Example is my order consisted of four cargo pants (different colours and sizes) amounting to £234 however I only received two items in the parcel. In the merchant dispute investigation they provided the bank with proof of the delivery of the parcel as they are aware that there is no way that I can prove that the parcel was light and missing items so therefore with this evidence even the bank will not be able to help you further.

This is why I say it is a very sophisticated scam as with most online shopping you are likely to order multiple items, multiple sizes of the same item and spend several hundred pounds with Marvotti but only receive half the items and even your bank will not be able to help you.

The sad and ironic part about it is that the one piece I did keep is actually a good piece of clothing and its a shame that Marvotti is a front for scamming customers. With their clothing they probably would be far more successful building their brand/company in an honest way.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I WISH I HAD READ THE TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don’t buy from these guys - terrible quality, awful customer service. Much better out there!

Refunded two cargo trousers with the company. It’s been 3 months and they haven’t sent my refund. They replied on email for a bit, then completely stopped. Looking for legal ways to try and get my money back as it is over £100 I am owed.
