Really bad company don’t order here anything guys if they ask you to send you PR don’t accept they ask 45 euro for shipping and refuse to give returning adres if you want to send it back. horrible service they send you the items in plastic bag imagine 45 euro for shipping and they can’t even pack it nicely.
I have emailed them and wrote them on TikTok a s on both platforms they don’t give me the adress but keep asking me what is the issue and I keep explaining to them the issue!
The person that offered me the PR package from their TikTok says she doesn’t know the adress and refuses to ask the company for returning adress and when I email they keep repeating the same question but I told them the answer multiple times and they ignore my request to provide me with an adress to where I can send their unopen/ untouched PR garbage bag.
