Exactly what I ordered. Came quickly.

Better than I expected from quality to look.

I was online looking at/pricing out drawer knobs when my iPad slipped from my grasp, while trying to catch it my hand must have touched the “purchase now“ button (I was on Shopify who had my credit card info on file). The purchase was OVER $50 and NOT something I wanted at all. I figured “no problem, I’ll just cancel it right away.

If only that were the case.

Over the next 7 days, I sent no less than TWENTY+ emails to Mascot Hardware, the first one within TWO minutes of my ACCIDENTAL purchase, followed by TWO MORE that day, and approx TWO PER DAY thereafter.
All emails were sent either directly from their website, or through the “Contact Seller” button on the Shopify app.
Every email requested a cancellation of my order w/explanation & necessary information.

I NEVER ONCE GOT A RESPONSE.

I also attempted to contact MASCOT HARDWARE via the phone number on their website but was never able to get the call to go through. Hmmm…bogus number perhaps?? I honestly don’t know.

I couldn’t believe this had become such an issue!
I purchase each week from many different kinds of companies…big, small, mom/pop, corporations, resale platforms (eBay, etc.) and I have NEVER been TOTALLY UNABLE to contact a company or seller before.

By day four I was forced to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge (a time consuming endeavor!) My emails to MASCOT HARDWARE now included continued cancellation request AND credit card dispute info, informing them that they would not be paid so “please do not ship this order”.

NO response.

By the way, I RECEIVED several emails from them (‘order confirmation’/‘order shipped’/‘tracking info’, etc.) EACH ONE HAD a message at the bottom stating “please reply to this email with questions or issues regarding this order“.

I replied to every one. Still nothing.

They shipped the order.

I was dumbfounded. Beyond frustrated & furious at this point because now I had to monitor USPS to make sure I was home to refuse the delivery, which I did. That was yesterday.

Now I get to TRY and get a refund. Wish me luck.

To those who’ve taken the time to read this lengthy review, I am an ordinary, everyday person and this is an HONEST, FACTUAL review (also my 1st ever negative review), and to me this whole situation has been INSANE. When you cannot reach a company after 20+ attempts, they take your money, then ship the product, it is a VERY HELPLESS feeling.

I will NEVER do business with this company again.

My suggestion is this: FIND ANOTHER COMPANY because if you have ANY issue whatsoever with your order, you ARE ON YOUR OWN. I actually cannot believe Mascot Hardware is still in business when this is how they treat their customers.

Unique selection of cabinet knobs! Easy online shopping, great price and FAST shipping! I have been looking at all the other knobs in my house thinking I should replace them.

I was able to get want I needed at a GREAT price.

The knobs and drawer pulls I ordered are lovely and came quickly, but without instructions. I am a dinosaur installing my own hardware and don't want to ruin them by cutting off too-long screws without a guide.

They sent me the wrong product and won’t answer my emails. Their phone number also appears not to work. Seems like I lost my money.

Items showed gray and white online but are definitely black and white- and therefore unusable. I’ll hang onto them in case someone else can use them.

I bought two patterned, wooden tissue box covers. They are beautiful, the quality is great, and they cover the ugly patterns on the tissue boxes my father buys in bulk.

The internet photos match the product, great display. The ease of viewing the products and ordering one of my best internet experiences.
