This is a great way to attract customers. The price is very reasonable. We purchased this for our store grand opening. The Paw Patrol Marshall Costume quality is good. It arrived when promised. The size can fit many. Very pleased with this product!!! Would strongly recommend buying on mascotshows.

J'ai reçu une mascotte qui ne correspond pas du tout à la photo. Le site n'a jamais répondu à ma plainte. Et bien sur, il n'a jamais publié mon avis défavorable.
Très mauvaise démarche commerciale.

Please stay away from this company. I have included below a VERY detailed explanation why but in short, they cheated and store 433.88 from me for items I never received and now it’s been 2 months since my order and I have still not received my order or a refund.

On November 17th 2016 I ordered 2 mascot costumes for a local parade from mascotshows.com and was given an order number of 2016111893214. I spent 433.88 on the 2 costumes and was told that they would arrive before my December 5th engagement. On November 24th 2016 I received tracking information from Mascotshows.com stating that my items had been shipped through EMS China with tracking number of CX005599921CN. On the dates of November 24th Through December 1st 2016 I consistently checked the tracking information that I was given and the package never updated or stated that it had left the country of china. I contacted mascotshows.com on 7 separate occasion through chat on their site and have transcripts for every chat. 2 of the 5 chats were disconnected by mascotshows.com when I stated that I would like a refund for my order. Those dates were 12/6/2016, 12/15/2016, 12/16/2016, 12/22/2016, 12/24/2016, 01/02/2016, 01/05/2016. On every occasion that I could speak to someone named Doris, she or he stated that either their supervisor was not there to initiate the refund or that it was a holiday. I again chatted with them today and asked that they refund my purchase or I would file some type of legal action against their company in forms of disputes through their government and was again met with, “Its Traditional Chinese New Year’s” and that there was nothing that could be done.

If anyone is thinking of purchasing from this company, please don’t. To show how serious I am in regards to this information being true I will personally help you locate the costume that you want through another company as I am an IT professional and will be more than willing to offer my services at SCOURING the web at no charge to help you locate something from another vendor.
