The items are nice and the customer service is good, but many of the items on their website are not accurate on the stock. On both purchases I've made recently I've had things not arrive because they're "out of stock" but are still listed as in stock on the website, even after they've canceled the orders. They do always refund the missing items but it's a little off-putting to know that you're taking a gamble when ordering.
