I booked Carl to complete a “snag list” on a new build property I was buying with my husband and I couldn’t be happier with the thorough report we received. You hear a lot of horror stories with new builds so it was really important to us that the person we hired did a thorough inspection of the property. We were provided with a 30+ page report complete with images and measurements and really detailed facts. As my husband and I aren’t experts I really appreciated that the report was easy to understand which empowered us to query things intelligently with the housing developer.
