Very happy with the service provided by Andrew Crisp. Throughout the process he was very professional, responsive and helpful in explaining each step and outlining my employment rights. His recommendations provided me with reassurance, which helped me to remain calm under stressful circumstances.

As a Belgian Citizen I used to work for an UK company. Due to an unfair dismissal which I appealed, we concluded to a settlement agreement. Mr Crisp helped me out with countersigning the settlement agreement and explained all legal aspects and liabilities which were quite extensive.

He took the time to explain every aspect thoroughly on the phone as I was back in Belgium at the time. He also responded plain and clearly on the questions I had, because for a foreigner those legal texts can be quite confusing.

He also arranged the payment for his services through my ex-employer as arranged in the settlement agreement. This was one less worry for me to handle.

They did a great job in sorting out my case, they always got straight back to me if they had any news, and were very successful in my case

I would say my redundancy case was an easy one, although Mr. Andrew Crisp dealt with it in a professional, timely and transparent way.

For better or worse, I have previously dealt with several law firms and also have lawyers within my family, so I recognize a good solicitor at glance.

Mr. Crisp has been very understanding and involved in my case, allowing plenty of time to explain my situation and giving valuable advice in the background while I negotiated with my employers.

In their website there is updated key information about the process, as well as a very well explained blog. In this regard, the only thing that put me off was that the website looks too 'generic and commercial' and does not reflect the quality of a bespoke service they provide - which I obviously did not know until I hired this firm.

Mason Bullock are your answer! They are incredible solicitors and this organisation is by far the most incredible customer service I have EVER experienced EVER. I had parking charges which ended up being CCJs, they were all sent to wrong previous addresses includes addresses that were not mine and Oliver who took on my case last year in 2019 patiently helped me through the process of applying for consent to set them all aside.

There is a lot more context to how I ended up here but to cut the story short, Oliver was a great listener, friendly, honest, fair, FAST and a progressive. I actually looked forward to talking to him and learning about the justice system while we spoke through the process (life is about learning after all right). They did something interesting, something I had not experienced before which is, during the process of updating you on the case, they were very good and telling you the possible realistic outcomes based on their experience. You would come off the phone NOT worried as you know they had everything under control.

Andrew who's the principle checks all the paper work before it's sent to the judges and he was also very helpful whenever we hit major blocks in the journey of setting my CCJS aside.

My case was a fairly long and a had multiple cases to process but we also had delays due to the virus. The resolution was positive and it has helped me look at applying Mortgages for a house as the CCJS destroyed my credit score.

Let me put it like this, even if the result was negative (it was not), I would still leave a 5 star for this company. It's a ENJOY to have had the pleasure of working with Oliver and Andrew.
