Placed an order onnthe 6th of January. According to the company shipping usually takes 1-3 business days. Received an email on the 11th of January informing me that my order is delayed for an unknown reason and wil be shipped maximum within 3 business days. 18th of January still no news and guess what. None of the provided phone numbers exists. Send an email same day telling that i am opening a claim with PayPal. Received an email for refund through paypal next say. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Try to avoid....

Nie polecam, brak przesyłki, brak kontaktu, zero informacji na jakim etapie jest przesyłka, brak odpowiedzi na maila oraz reklamację….

Mija 4 dzień od zamówienia a paczka nawet nie została spakowana. Nie wiem co się dzieje, żaden numer telefonu nie działa, instagram nie jest aktualizowany od dawna. Próbuję wszystkich sposobów kontaktu ale narazie bez skutku. Nie dostałam też żadnego maila zwrotnego z informacją że czas realizacji zamówienia się wydłużył. Nie wiem na czyms stoję, nie wiem co się dzieje z moim zamówieniem. Nie polecam.

So far so good. 6 or so orders all arrived within a reasonable timeframe and good value for money.

Although I didn’t receive an email notification about the shipping of my package and it arrived a week late, I’m genuinely satisfied with the quality of the product and its price. Customer service could be improved, but the value and quality of their products are truly unbeatable.

Paczka oczywiście opóźniona. Gdybym się o nią nie upomniał nie wiem czy w ogóle by o niej pamiętali a Polaczka oczywiście płacona. Nikt nie poinformował mnie ze będzie opóźnienie. Kontakt tak samo beznadziejnynjaknpodjesxie do klienta. Najgorzeja strona na jakiej coś zamawiałem. Odradzam

I ordered several items from their store in Poland to France. Communication was great as they kept me updated and the order was shipped and arrived very quickly. Surprisingly fast and for that reason I will be ordering from them again soon. The products were perfect. Thank you so much for keeping the prices reasonable and shipping so fast!

This company is a joke,I've placed the order over month ago and nothing happened. I've tried to contact them several times and guess what no answer, they don't answer the phone, no reply to emails. I'm going to talk to my bank and charge them back, my advice "avoid "

Nie polecam. Zamowilam suplementy 3 miesiace temu i do tej pory nie doszly. Udalo mi sie raz dodzwonic do mass-zone i Pani powiedziala ze byla pomylka przy wysylce. Mieli to rozwiazac i zwrocic mi srodki na konto. Do tej pory nic sie nie ruszylo, nie dostalam zwrotu i suplementow. Teraz nawet nie odbieraja telefonu. Czuje sie zawiedziona i oszukana. Wiecej nic nie kupie z mass-zone

I ordered from them in the past, and it was fine. This time, however, there was an issue with delivery. The tracking said "End of the day on Thursday" Then, at the end of the day it became "a delivery date will be provided as soon as possible" Where it stayed for more than a week. Obviously delivery issues can happen, and I wouldn't have held it against them, but when I tried to resolve the issue, I began to understand that it's because of companies like this that people default to using Amazon. My e-mails went unanswered, I tried calling, but only got voice mail, so I left several voice messages, but still no reply. As it stands, nearly 2 weeks after the item was supposed to be delivered, I haven't received the item, have no information about when I will receive it, or if I will, have no response to my calls and e-mails, and have no refund. Just a terrible and frustrating experience

Zamówiłam drogi probiotyk przez internet z mass-zone.eu i byłam pod wrażeniem zapakowania paczki. Była nie tylko dobrze zabezpieczona ale probiotyk był owinięty w folię termiczną i wkład chłodzący - super świadomość sprzedawców, pełen profesjonalizm - nie to co w innym sklepie, gdzie przesyłka nie tylko nie była chłodzona, ale zostawiona w pełnym słońcu!

I have purchased from them twice and the delivery and product were great

Ordered potassium powder from their store in Poland to Ireland. Communication was great as they kept me up to date and the order was dispatched and arrived very quickly. Surprisingly quickly and its why I will be ordering from them again soon. Product was perfect. Thanks so much for keeping prices reasonable and shipping quickly!

I ordered very expensive Omega3 pills. (4 bottles) payed around 350€.
After 8 months I opened last one and it was damaged. Few pills were open and they spilled oil all over the box, other pills were glued altogether and smell was disgusting. I report this to ther support and guy wrote me “it’s late for refund maybe hot weather in Croatia or shipping destroyed them”. Why would i open all boxes if I don’t need it? Guy on support was complete idiot. I told him I will make this review and He threatened me with lawyer. Stay away from this store.
My cousins also never received his ithem after few monts they returned him money.

It used to be good. But late since the website has been modified, it's very difficult to shop as an international buyer not speaking polish. Because there's a bug that the language of the website switches back from English to Polish language when ever clicking on any link on the page. Hope the issue will be fixed.
