Overall, my experience with Mastersportal has been positive and helpful during my search for international postgraduate programmes. The platform provides a wide range of universities and programmes in one place, which makes comparing options much easier than visiting individual university websites separately. What Could Be Improved
More accurate and updated program details In some cases, tuition fees, deadlines, or program requirements appeared outdated or inconsistent with the university’s official website. Regular updates would improve reliability.
Better transparency on scholarship eligibility Some scholarship listings lacked detailed eligibility criteria, application deadlines, or direct links to official scholarship pages. Adding clearer information would help applicants avoid confusion.
Improved application tracking It would be helpful to have a feature that allows users to track shortlisted programs, application deadlines, and submission progress in one dashboard.
More personalized recommendations The portal could improve its recommendation system by suggesting programs based on users’ academic background, career interests, and previous searches. What Went Wrong Occasional outdated information I encountered a few instances where deadlines or tuition fees did not match the latest information on university websites, which required additional verification.
