Excellent experience with my first time purchase from Master Vinyl
First time buying from Master Vinyl, and it's always a bit daunting, particularly since this was quite a costly order. But I needn't have worried. All communication with Tony was friendly, and his replies were quick. I was informed before purchase that they were waiting on the supplier, and the record wouldn't be dispatched until after a certain date. I duly received an email the day after the specified date to let me know that the record had been dispatched, and it arrived a couple of days later, well-packaged and in perfect condition.
I will be adding Master Vinyl to my list of favourite online vinyl stores and have no doubt I will be using them again. Thank you, Tony.

First class service
This was my first time ordering from Master Vinyl and I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience - I received a phone-call from the shopkeeper straight after placing my oder, explaining to me about possible delays as I needed the order before Christmas. He was very helpful throughout, stayed in constant contact with me about any updates and made sure I had all of my order on time. It’s good to know that Master Vinyl is genuine and cares about their customers and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
