We are based out of Marietta, GA (suburb of Atlanta) and have been providing framing services since 2012. Perfect results
I could not believe how quickly my matte was shipped. I was worried about a job being done that fast. It arrived perfectly, just the right dimensions and looks great. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again for any custom matte needs.

Perfect Matting, Beautiful Packaging
This site was easy to order exactly what I wanted. I received my order in a timely manner and the packaging was simple, clean, elegant and beautiful, which shows me that this company cares. I had been putting off many framing projects that I had, but once I received the mats, I immediately put them in the frames and hung them. Thank you for excellent service!

Over charges for shipping
Just got my border for my picture and the square cutout where my photo sits was cut out uneven.
Charged me 24.95 for Express shipping on a small backboard and it took a week to get. Told them I wanted a partial refund on shipping since it was sent regular mail, no response. Rip off. Making money on shipping. Their quality of work is awful.
Their response is a joke. Bottom line their Express Shipping 24.99 is USPS Advantage (slowest shipping). Don't use their Express Shipping.Their quality on their over priced items is awful.

I sent an email with photos and they shipped a new order right away, no hassle, no BS, no back and forth with the shipping carrier. I love how intricately you can customize your orders and will be sticking with M&M for a long time!! :)
