I absolutely love this matcha
I absolutely love this matcha. I experienced its exceptional quality and flavour in a cafe in Norfolk and decided to buy some to be able to recreate the experience at home. I then discovered that my favourite Japanese patisserie in London serve this brand too...
I have been enjoying matcha for nearly 10 years and this is definitely one of the best for me.
It's bright green, has a good use by date and each grade that I have tasted has its own perceptible flavour.
The customer service is excellent and I always receive a genuine and kindly considered reply to any question or comment that I have sent.

Changing their pricing by more then double in a month
I was recently contacting this brand to purchase matcha. On June 30th I confirmed that I will be placing a bulk order in August.
Since June 30th till August 18th, the price went from 112 pound to 280 pound for the same quantity and quality of the product. Feels like a scam and I don’t trust this company. Looking at the negative reviews below just confirms that the taste is not great either.

We placed an order
We placed an order, the cargo company even tried delivery. The product has been returned to you. My money still has not been refunded. I placed a new order 2 days later and paid the fast shipping fee. The product still hasn't arrived. And although it was delivered the next day, there is no news about the product for 4 days.

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience. Please kindly note that once a return arrives at our warehouse, it can take a few days for the team to inspect the item and process the refund.
After carefully reviewing your case, it appears that your return was processed just a few days after being delivered to our warehouse, and the refund was successfully issued on January 25, 2024.
Regarding your comment about the communication, after reviewing the case — and as our agent also confirmed to you — it appears that your earlier emails unfortunately didn’t reach our inbox, which is why we weren’t able to respond to them. However, we completely understand how disappointing it feels to keep waiting for a response from a company, and we truly wish we had received your initial emails so that we could have responded right away.
