Not treating paid and free entries equally
Limiting free entries despite it being a legal requirement to treat paid and free entries equally. Missing link to free postal entries under their terms and conditions despite informing them that the Free Entry Route is usually to send an entry by post - the Gambling Commission considers that the cost of a stamp isn't considered 'payment' to enter, so it is classed as a 'free entry' alternative to buying a ticket.
