The shop's communication is excellent
The shop's communication is excellent, the customer service quickly replied all of my questions. Strongly recommended seller.
The only negative point concerns the supplier company. From the UK to Hungary there was no problem, but at customs they filled in the customs declaration incorrectly, after customs clearance my parcel was sent to Germany (for unknown reason) and then back to Hungary, and even then they kept me waiting for several days before I received my order. After customs clearance, I had to wait longer to receive my parcel than it took to get it from the UK to Hungary. No one should ever choose to have it delivered by TNT.

Very helpful…
I bought the incorrect part for my alpina (birds b3 suspension kit). The team were kind enough to inform e of this and contacted birds directly to ensure that the correct part was ordered and they also helped with additional shipment fees - an excellent service.
