We asked for and paid an upgrade and got it
We asked for and paid an upgrade for a brand new unit and that did not disappoint. It was new with only a few thousand miles on it. So it was pretty clean and not damaged. We did get a check engine light early on our trip and called the office. Over the phone we agreed to add coolant water, even though the contract said not to. That resolved our issue. I do wish these units would come with just a little more supplies such as TP, dish soap, cleaning supplies. Otherwise, it was great and we would do it again.

Vehicle, Staff, Country - all amazing.
The staff were lovely, the van was clean and spacious and well presented. We had a comfortable and carefree trip with no issues.
The campsites in New Zealand are also so amazing!
