We originally booked a 2 person dive with these guys. We realized with the itinerary that we would be going back to elevation too early so had to cancel a few days before the dive. We were told that we could get our money back. They ended up charging us for the full amount of the dive. At the very least they should've followed their policy and refunded 80% but they didn't even do that! They charged our cc the FULL amount. The outfit even fought our credit card dispute.
Can't comment about the service or experience but it's pretty awful business practice if you need to make a change or cancel.
