Dear Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding serious issues I faced on your trading platform that have resulted in a financial loss of approximately INR 4,00,000. The Senior Account Manager assigned to me opened multiple large trading positions in my account without proper risk explanation, clear consent, or alignment with responsible trading practices, exposing me to excessive risk. Additionally, several trades were intentionally held overnight, leading to significant swap/overnight charges, the impact and magnitude of which were never properly explained to me, further increasing my losses. I was also subjected to repeated calls pressuring me to deposit more funds into my trading account, particularly when trades were in loss, which caused financial stress and appears to have been done to avoid margin closure rather than to protect my capital. Due to these actions, I have suffered severe financial damage and request a full investigation into my account activity, a detailed trade report including timestamps, lot sizes, and swap charges, a written justification for the trades placed and advice given by the Senior Account Manager, and consideration for compensation or recovery of losses due to mismanagement and lack of transparency. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to relevant financial regulatory and consumer protection authorities. Kindly acknowledge this complaint and provide a written response within seven working days. Also my account is closed without my prior intimationas a result I could not take step to trade . Fraudulent company

Instead of writing the same response against my query stating, "relevant department will co-ordinate you", even though the department is not responding to my e-mails since last more than 10 weeks, kindly share the whats app number to me so that I can contact them directly and stop cheating the investors. It was my mistake that I invested through maunto which is a non-reliable company. Share the exact time by when I shall receive my settlement amount. It's been more than a month since you have initiated the USD 3500 payment but till date no payment received.

They are pakka fraud

Maunto is totally scammer organisation which keeps on calling you whole day with different numbers. This all feels like harassing someone and disturbing them without any reason. Even if you deny to invent then they keeps on calling you and force you to invest by hook or by crook. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND DENY AT THE FIRST CALL WITHOUT GETTING INTO THEIR TRAP.

Maunto is a fraud company that scams innocent people. They scammed my father and took away all his savings. He is in debt now and has to go through the burden of paying that money back. These Fraudsters call you from various fishing number and try to scam you. they will pursue you to put money on their fake platform. Please avoid, dont fall into their trap and save your loved ones

Worst company, horrible. Please do not invest in it , it won't help you out, if you have less balance like 100$, and if they receive very less profit from your investment. It says out loud that we help people to learn and trade even if they are beginners, but they won't. And before that i had a long in call conversation with them, where they were insisting me to deposit more where. Here is a chat of me and my account manager on telegram bot.

Where did they write on their website or anywhere that they won't trade if you have less money in your balance. In the beginning when an agent called me to deposit 250$ he was so positive about maunto that Don't worry even if you don't know anything they will help you out only with this 250$. Now when the balance is less they backout saying we won't be continuing to assist you provided you deposit another 250$. Because they won't waste their time for pocket money kind of profit when they could themselves earn in lakhs during the time they assist you. Seriously, i did not expect this from them.

Fast executions, transparent fees, top notch customer support.

This is a fraud platform. It will never allow you to withdraw your your profit. They will force you to open new loss making positions which we may not aware. The so called financial advisor will force for continuing the trade and tell varieties of reasons for not allowing to withdraw. They will also offer loan facility to invest. Once you get in you cannot come out even with your invested money. I faced all sorts of pressure tactics from the financial advisor and list about 14000 USD. Investors please go through the the reviews before investing and my request not to invest even single rupee in the platform.

Been with them for about 5 weeks. Got stopped out once on EURUSD with weird price action — sent in a ticket and they actually investigated and refunded me. Never had a broker do that. Respect.

Interface is clunky on tablet. It works fine on mobile and desktop, but I like to use my iPad when I travel, and it feels unfinished there. Aside from that, spreads on majors are tight and the trade history is well laid out.

Loving it so far! I’m new for it and this has been an easy start. The platform doesn’t feel overwhelming, and I can try things out on demo without feeling rushed. Real account setup was easy too.
