Exceptional Customer Service
This is the second time that I went in for an immediate car care need.
They immediately addressed it with professional courtesy and over and above assessment of my concerns.
I will use them for EVERYTHING that my car care may need that they are able to do.
Fast and friendly service with a clean and climate controlled waiting area. Knowledgeable staff and fair pricing. If the part is not on site there is a prompt and thorough search for another, resulting in maximum efficiency.
Took car there. Just wanted tires rotated front to back. Wanted a sensor changed even if they could not calibrate it. They rotated the tires alright, drivers front to passenger rear and the same for the other side. Now it was specifically asked just from to back, not however you want. The sensor was not put in. So $70 bucks to do what we didn’t want and although we made them do what we wanted they did not bother to put in the sensor we asked them to install. We will not be using them again because when a customer specifically asks for something it isn’t do whatever you like!!!
