Great service

They were very professional and courteous.

Do not use Mavis Discount Tire on Millbrook Rd., Raleigh if you want a repair done right the first time.
They misdiagnosed our work van's brake issues twice leaving us re-stranded on the highway a day after each re-repair and after $2819 in repair charges.
I asked the Mavis manager Barry to refund the brake charges since it was never fixed but now he will not return my calls.

As an older female I'm always leary of mechanics. John is always very helpful & informative. I've used several locations in Jacksonville but always come back to Atlantic Blvd. It's people like John & Jose that keeps customers coming back. The Dunn Ave location should take lessons from these professional men. Thanks guys for always making my experience a bearable one.

I had an appointment for 8:00 am. They did not pull my car in until after 9am That was only after saying something to them. My car was ready after 12noon. I got brakes and rotors. When I go down the street my car was smoking. I turned around and went back. They said it was because I needed something else. My car was not smoking when I took it there. A week later, I cannot stop my car I hear a loud sound like something is rubbing together. I called corporate because now I don't have transportation. I paid $354.00. They told me the Reginal manager (Jamie) would call me. He hasn't. I have called three times, and they keep telling me that this (Jamie) id going to call me back, He has not.

The staff is always pleasant and resolves my problem. I was s wslk-in and was out within an hour.

Awful service..I went To Mavis Tire to put 2 new tires on my car. After I received my car back alignment on my car was damaged , steering wheel was not straight and my car was pulling heavy to the right. I agreed to pay for new alignment but Mavis Never fix it, and they never pay me back for that alignment , management were very unknowledgeable , unprofessional,rude, service was awful. It's Last Time Ever I m going to deal with Mavis Tire.

I needed a tire patched. Called in the afternoon and they were able to get it taken care of that same day. Great service!!

Had an appointment for first thing this morning. Balanced all of my tires and checked over car and it's systems, getting me out the door in 45 mins if that long. They are my 'go to' when it comes to maintaining my car.
