Isaac was VERY HELPFUL!!

Isaac was VERY HELPFUL!!! He took the time to hear my issues with my car and was very communicative with what he was doing. Also, he apologized to me a few times for the long wait. He took his time with my car and made sure I didn't leave in a dangerous matter. So happy my car finally is fixed. It is hard to find a good car place with people that won't make up prices and tell you anything. I appreciate mavis discount tire!

This has been the second d time I a few…

This has been the second time I a few years I been screwed by mavis . First time
The replaced a lower control arm and left all the bolts loose . When I contacted them I was like he said we’ll bring it back we will tighten them . Well I fixed my self . Second time today I went in For tires. Only thing that went right . They had a bad tps and I told him to fix , well they stripped the hell out of a lug nut to the point of no return. Manager comes and tell me you have a stripped lug nut . Bull shit I installed them my self with tourque wrench 90 pounds I had to come home and drill the lug out to be able to replace it . Never again I will
Pay a frack head to fix before I bring back to mavis in Beacon .

Lied and had me wait two hours

Had an appointment for an inspection. After 90 minutes they said were finishing up and had to pop the sticker on. At the 2 hour mark, I checked and realized they lied and hadn’t even brought my car inside yet. No apology - just asked if I wanted my keys back.

Another Hassle Free Visit, as always

I had a 9am appointment, and my car was taken right in, alignment was done, the back driver side tire was checked for nails, etc. I was in and out quickly. Team members are always friendly and explain things easily, even though it's an early Sunday morning. I appreciate their time. Alex is always helpful and friendly and moves things along easily.

I made an appoitment to have the oil…

I made an appoitment to have the oil changed in my SUV. I spoke to Isacc who was extremely pleasant and professional. Upon arrival, the Mavis rep did not disappoint. I am a previous customer, but never met Isacc. I asked if he was Isacc & he replied 'Yes'.
Isacc did not know that we had spoken earlier.

He was extremely busy, but dealt with me and subsequent customers in an extremely professional and sincere fashion. The other Mavis mechanics etc were great as well. I have been in business for 40+ years....I give 5 stars to Mavis Beacon!

Horrible Service with an Attitude!

4 years ago, I let a 5-star review. I guess things have gone way downhill from there. I went in there for tires. They had to order them. Said they would be there in 2 days. 2 days later I call. The chic answering the phone did not know which way was up. She put me on hold so long I hung up. I called back later. She still did not have a clue. Finally, she says call Saturday. A week later I call, and they have them. I show up with my car. The chic behind the counter (pretty sure it was the clueless one) is giving me attitude because I did not have an appointment. I was ready to leave. Some other guy helps me. I get the tires put on but after the fact the tire pressure monitoring system comes on because there is something wrong.
I drop off the car again and no I don't have an appointment and have to get a ride. They reset the system. The guy must have known the problem was not fixed because he said if it comes back on come by on Sunday (it was presently Friday).
Well guess what? You guessed it...the light came back on. I go there today (Sunday). They tell me one of the tire pressure sensors is bad (it was not bad on Friday as per them). They say they need to replace it, but they can't tell me which one is bad, so they want me to pay an additional 200.00 for all 4 new sensors plus the labor to get it resolved. I left and told them I would have someone else look at it. Seems kind of shady that there was no issue before I gave them the car and after the fact there is. They said it was a coincidence...there are no coincidences! Next time I will just go someplace else where they know what they are doing and are not trying to screw me.

Dear Patrick, we do apologize for the tpms issue. We are able to read the tpms sensors with a special scanning tool that advises us of the condition. We assure you if they were damaged during install they would be visibly broken, rather than scanning as bad. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
