I quickly found myself with a flat tire and called Mavis Tire and brakes in the Automall. I talked to Mr. Robert in the customer service extremely helpful. when I got up there there was a lady at the front desk and everybody else was so helpful. Very fast service friendly. Great place, will be coming back. Thank you.

The crew iat this store went above and…
The crew iat this store went above and beyond. I was told by my dealership that they could not fix my tire and it wasn’t under warranty even though the truck was bought in July. Went to the store on Mansfield rd and they told me the same thing. Next day ended up bringing it to Bert Kouns store and Ms Jennifer and her crew a look and said they believe that they could fix it and they did. So all my out of warranty service that they can do will be done here

Great Experience
I had a great experience during my visit at Mavis. I took my car in to get a tire repaired and Steven assisted me. He was very professional and helpful. He took care of my tire in a timely fashion and showed an example of true customer service. I will be back..

Mom and Daughter in need....
Marvis helped us tremendously, and customer service was amazing. We had been traveling lately and a lady stopped us at the red light not far from Marvis Tire, our tire had a nail and was aboit flat. Thomas took good care of us and got the tech to look at our tires to make sure we are safe and able to keep going. We appreciate the great service, you dont find it anymore, bit we did today.

WE ARE WATCHING YOU ALL We just tried to call and reach at 914-984-2500 but 3 times our call got hungup by your team ! we are calling to speak with the ownership and authorities to negotiate this 2nd ransomare attack! by world leaks but if we will get ignored like this we will not be nice any more! we are capable to destroy entire business
