Customer service at this location can not be beat. I was promptly served, explained all process and procedures and out of the service station, driving my car safely in about one hour.

Do not go here for your inspection! They try to bribe you by saying they will pass your failed inspection if you have other work done on your car and if you cant afford to get the work done right then and there then they will pull your inspection sticker completely so you get pulled over for no sticker AT ALL being on the vehicle. Now I know why people avoid them for inspections

Very unacceptable
I had my rear view wiper replaced, they put one on that was too big for my car so it didn’t work properly and left a 4 inch scratch on my car, I took it back to have it replaced with the right size, they had my car in the shop for almost 40 minutes for something that should’ve taken 2. After 40 minutes it was “fixed” and before I left I checked it and it wasn’t fixed and it was still scratching my car and not working properly, so I went back and the guy took off the wiper, broke off a piece of plastic and put it back on… something that took 2 minutes. Breaking off a piece of plastic and putting it back on my car was a very unprofessional and unacceptable way to fix the problem.

Unreliable and unfair policies
I made an appointment over a week in advance to have my state inspection done, however when I arrived they said they couldn’t do my inspection because they were too busy with walk ins, and that it didn’t matter that I made an appointment. This is a terrible policy and I will not be returning since they are unreliable.
