Will never return
Will never return. Made an online appointment for a wheel alignment. Spent over two hours waiting and all they did was check it out on their machine. Said sorry it took so long and we’re going to give me a discount and rescheduled me for the next day. Showed up the next day at my appointment time and he couldn’t find me in the system. Told him what I was there for and he said oh we can’t do wheel alignments today anyways. They got a new machine in that morning and it needed to have someone come calibrate it before they could use it. Asked when that was going to be, he didn’t know. Asked for a larger discount since now I’ve driven there and back twice adding up to 1.5 hours and waited over 2 hours in store. Told he could not give me a larger discount then I was offered after day 1. Why could you not find me in your system and you should have called everyone scheduled for an alignment to let them know not to come in today. Multiple people knew I was returning today and that I was priority.
