Went in for visual inspection everything went well,today 2/18/26 in AM thanks to the 2 gentleman working front end very helpful and courteous!!

They told was fast and very precise with Lewis and Ryan were informative and friendly

Louis always does a great job. I had a nail in my tire. It didn't cost me anything. He was able to look up my account and informed me that I had purchased a road hazard warranty and therefore no charge. Made my day!

Requested an oil change & ture rotation for my 2013 Honda CRV. I asked Emily if belts were in decent shape since I was planning a long trip ahead. She said she checked out vehicle & thought it was in good shape overall for vehicle's age. Grateful to her.

After having two new tires replaced (which took 2 1/2 hrs) at the Clementon Mavis I noticed my front end shaking.
I was told after calling to bring it in.
I did only to be told that I needed to make an appointment to have my tires rebalanced.
Returned 8 am.
The inner belt had slipped off one of my older tires.
I needed 2 more tires which needed to be delivered and would arrive in an hour.
Waited 5 1/2 hours still NO TIRES.
Employee tries to compensate for the delay stating that perhaps there was an accident and was told they would be there soon.
Returned 4:30 pm still NO TIRES.
Employee said they would be there by 5:30 giving me the same possible accident excuse.
5:30 still NO TIRES.
Was told I would receive a cash voucher the next am to put towards the work being done for my inconvenience.
NEVER RECEIVED THE VOUCHER.
NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.
Needless to say I took my car to Sam's Club.
Rotation and replacement was done in less than 45 mins.
Since then I have spoken to others about my experience at the Clementon Mavis.
Everyone I spoke to was dissatisfied with the service they received.
My advice is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I SERIOUSLY DON'T KNOW HOW THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS.

I had wheel bearings put on the front of my vehicle and found they replaced them with damaged lug nuts and never told me. I will never bring my vehicle back there ever again. This was at the Chews Landing road store in New Jersey. I have spent lots of money at that location but I’ve noticed they’re doing poor work and over charging customers. My neighbor I sent there had a similar problem. Unacceptable and I’m putting this online. They put my life in danger.
