Omar ar the Clifton Heights mavis was great...I was in desperate need of an alignment and he took me right away. Mavis has came through for me in a tight situation before and I really appreciate it you guysvarr the best....Thank you again Omar for making me feel safe driving my vehicle

The service Was excellent, Johnny is amazing!! He show me some other requirements That have to be done on my jeep, That don,t need to be done right now, But I'm going to get it done soon. Thanks Johnny!

Johnny was very good! He was multitasking as I walked into the facility. He was on the phone dealing with a very aggressive customer and at the same time kept his professional composure. He addressed my concerns and advised me of my options and was very polite. He’s a great asset to the company.

Johnny was amazing. Give that man a hefty raise. He is knowledgeable, accurate of the products, and very helpful. I received everything that I requested and left one happy customer.

Do Yourself a favor and never take your car to mavis discount tire. They can’t even get a simple oil change, right they do not stand behind their work, and the regional manager doesn’t even realize if a car engine has no oil in it it overheats. SMH Zero Stars!!

Customer service is great! Mrs Liz was very communicative about parts and labor fees no long waits for updates.. they are great working with customers by offering multiple ways to pay balance and offer discounts which is a plus. This is my first visit and I didn’t feel overwhelmed or anxious with the services in the shop. I will recommend Mavis to anyone needing good services with a clean warm waiting area…excellent services….

I came looking for tires but got sooo much more! Shanice was AWESOME!!!
All of the staff are Great however the Customer Service I got from Ms. Shanice was what kept me at Mavis!! She was very kind, patient and effective in handling the very long line and the very busy Waiting Area!! They didnt have the tires i needed but Shanice assured me they Would be ordered and ready to put on my car in two days! I could’ve gone somewhere else but I decided to come back to Mavis!!
