I have been going to Mavis all my life…
I have been going to Mavis all my life to get my car oil change and fixes. Usually I go to west Nyack NY but I tried closter NJ. The person on the phone lied to me about the total price. Initially wanted only oil change but told me about back breaks and rotors being changed. He told me that the "Total price" would be $329 taking out labor charge of oil change and also tires switch. I asked three times and also my father heard as well. And he repeated the price three times. I give a go ahead and when I come back to pay they charged an extra $80 for the tire switch labor and lied to me. I notified about this and they lords saying that is what they told me. I never complain.... Also when they switched the tires the old ones were smeared all over with oil which ruined my back seat when they threw it in and also they forgot to reset the maintenance sign as well. It was a basic "bait and switch". Never in my life was I this dissapointed. Never again.
