I had a bad experience at this store today. I went to this store last Wednesday to fix driver side rear tire for slow leaking. I bought this tire from this store. It was not fixed properly that’s why I went again Thursday. Desk person told me to come Friday. Because he was very busy. Today he said me to change the tire. He was not polite.

I brought my Chevy Silverado in for a brake inspection and the service was excellent.They tech inspected my brakes and noticed that my rear brake pads were worn and that one of the bolts was missing. Wow what a find , he fixed everything promptly and at a fair price . I could not be happier with the overall service from the staff from the management to the technician.

My mother blew her tire after hitting a curb. She panicked and drove her car to Midas on her rim. She was barely able to get her car to Midas and they were closing. James took her car into the garage and said it would be fixed the next day which was Sunday. James even drove my mom home because she was stranded and didn't have a ride home. The next day Jordan and Anthony took care of my mom. Anthony was able to fix everything that needed replacing to get her car running again safely and he showed us the parts he replaced. He even test drove the car to make sure it was running properly. We appreciate everything he did to make sure the car was fixed right and safe to drive.

1894 Central ave Colonie NY location. Made appointment for 4 new tires, they up sold me an alignment and valve stems. they had the car on the lift for around 45 minutes and then pulled it out, guy at counter yells out I’m all set. I ask how was the alignment done on a 2 post lift and not on the alignment rack… oops, he rus out and tells tech it needs an alignment as well. after around 1 hour twenty minutes total I was out the door, and the car was tracking straight, everything seemed good. Almost home and the steering was getting a little vague, odd… lift up the front end and find the jam nuts that lock the tie tod end links in place were LOOSE!, yep loose. I look at the other work “done” and notice the valve stems were not replaced. call the manager, he agrees to refund the valve stems and that’s is, they offer to fix the alignment. no way I’m letting them touch any of my cars again. wasted an hour driving back and home again, not to metion gas for the valve stem refund. my advice stay away from this location, it seems that the manager is either not paying attention to what the techs are doing or they are just ripping people off.

Manager and Assist. Manager were fantastic. Both provided great information and informed me of my rebates. Even sold me a set for windshield wipers which I needed. Great team .
