My free time is very limited, but I have an older car that needs a lot of work. Edwin has been great getting me in and out in a timely manner. Today both Edwin and Will were very helpful, patient and transparent. I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Willam and Bobby are very attentive to the needs for my car and they are also spot on when it comes to deadlines. I trust them all around. Top notch.

On the last day of my employment, as I was loading my possessions into my truck, I noticed a drywall screw in my rear tire.
I’ve been doing business with Mavis Tire in Dresher, PA for years and they sold me the set of tires on my 4Runner so I stopped by and they took care of the problem ASAP.
The people there are courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They make a customer feel as though they care. Mavis is my go-to for brakes and tires.

My son got pulled over for a headlight being out so needed to get it fixed quickly the next day. I called Chy first thing in the morning and she fit me in right away for a fix. She was helpful and friendly and got me on my way. Thanks for being there for us!

Took my car in with low pressure tires without an appointment. Brandon and team was so accommodating.

I called the store to see if I could get new windshield wipers and the rep. said that they were well stocked and I could come anytime that day. I got there and they replaced the wipers without problem. I have used this store in the past for tires and wipers and have consistently been satisfied.

Always friendly and helpful. Work done on time. Highly recommend.

Don't take your car there. Simple task oil change and State Inspection. They said car would finished at the end of the day. Went to pick car up at the end of the day. Manager said they were swamped. My car was still sitting in the lot, no work performed and no phone call. I was pissed.

If you want to be stuck on the side of the road because a "plug" is the same as a patch, go with Mavis. Expect to be misled. Find anywhere else. I knew better going in, but was stuck b/c if was a Sunday. Make better choices than I did.

On Wednesday, July 6th, 2022 I made an appointment for Saturday, July 9th @ 9:00AM to have my car PA State Inspected. I dropped the car off at 8:00AM July 9th and was told my car would be ready at noon, and they would call. At 1:00PM I called Mavis (because they did not call) and they said that they had been busy and were just pulling my car in and it would be an hour and a half and they would call. At 2:30PM (still no call), my wife dropped me off at the Dresher Mavis. My car had not been moved from the spot that I parked it in at 8:00AM. I inquired at the counter as to why my car hadn’t been inspected and why I was not called. The counter person stated that my car was not due for inspection and they couldn’t do it. I explained that it WAS due and I wanted it inspected. The counter person double checked and agreed it was due BUT asked if I now wanted it done. I stated that I did and that was why I made the appointment. I stated that I now was going to wait rather than leave again. At 3:00PM they pulled my car into the garage and performed the inspection.
I have used STS-Mavis Dresher for over ten years for inspections, oil changes, and tire purchases. This experience was horrible! I was lied to, deceived and treated as if I was bothering the business. While I was waiting three other customers (with appointments) were waiting hours past their appointment time for service. One customer became very frustrated and was verbally abusive to the staff. Although it was uncalled for, I can sympathize. I wish I could give a ZERO instead of 1 star!
