Stopped by without an appointment. Was taken in within a few minutes. Was told it could be an hour and the car was ready in just under an hour. The staff were all friendly and helpful

Worst service 😒
Worst service 😒. I made an appointment online, and I wait to be service half hour and no one assist me. I spoke with the latino manager who was very rude. Don't go there!!!!

Do Not Go Here - Dishonest
Stay far away. Dishonest crooks. Made an appointment for a NYS inspection. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I should come back the next day because Saturdays were very busy. They made me a new appointment for the following day. I arrived on time and waited two hours before the car was brought in to be looked at. Within a few minutes it was explained to me that my car would not pass inspection because of the need for front brakes and they asked me if I wanted the brake job done in order to pass inspection. I declined and upon inspecting the brake pads myself there was well over the required 1/8” required on the pads. I had the inspection completed and passed at another mechanic shop and they also confirmed that I had at least another 6000 miles before new brake pads would be recommended. Complete waste of hours of my time and dishonest behavior in the hope of selling unnecessary work. Do not go here.
