I was told by a dealership I needed new tires asap! I had a good experience buying tires at Mavis before so I went back.
I was ready to purchase 4 new tires and asked them to just take a look at my current tires before installing new ones. The guys at Mavis were honest and said I had a lot more miles left in them. (I thought the tires looked ok, but the dealership had me questioning)
I'll be back to purchase next set when it's time!

Go there for tires only and I mean tires ONLY.

Extremely inefficient, this is now my second time here in as many weeks, very slow work, waiting for hours and afterwards am being asked if they still want me to do alignment which is one of the two things I came here for besides brake pad replacement, same issue 2 weeks back where after waiting for hours had to leave so I get to the bus stop on time to pick up my kids, would never come here again.

My experience is always great I usually do all my work on my vehicle myself but for tires rotations balancing and inspections I always take my car only to mavis they always do a great job courteous if there’s anything my vehicle needs that I might have missed they let me know always busy will never take my vehicle anywhere else I also just wanted to Thank the team at the Mavis on east market street in york Pennsylvania you guys always go above and beyond

Dropped my girl's car off for Pa inspection and emissions, was done the same day with no hassle and no extra call about unrelated repairs, Thanks to the service team. would recommend.

I’m sorry for my honest review but I bring my car for put 4 tires and balanced and alignment and I paid for everything but when pick up my car I going to my mechanic and he tells me the car is not alignment and he take a picture and explain

I was in and out fast and mechanic gave good feedback on car.

I've been a customer at many different tire shops, and had my fair share of bad experiences. From poorly managed staff, horrible customer service, price gougeing, wheel damage, I have seen it all! When I arrived at Mavis Tire I was fully ready to face these issues as I always have, but I was pleasantly surprised. As I walked through the door, I was greeted by Joe and asked politely if he could help me with anything. I explained to him what I wanted to have done, which he quickly pulled up on his computer to show me what it would cost. I was surprised to see that the price was very competitive to what I was seeing online. I agreed to the proposal and Joe and his guys had the car in the garage, the issue resolved, and back on the ground in no time. And best part about the vist was the price he quoted me is the price I paid, no hidden fees or costs. A+ will be returning for more service in the future.
