Needed 4 tires for my Ridgeline
Needed 4 tires for my Ridgeline I barely drive. Once the wheels were off I got called over. They told me I needed brakes/rotors in the back. Being a former wrencher for a long time I was not about to let them bamboozle me. Ok, so sure, they were questionable. The fronts were better but I asked him for a price on both. He gave me a price (it was good) I weaseled him down a little more. Ok, do it. Phone rings... caliper partially frozen. I suspected this was true because I had to pump the brakes if I wanted to bring the peddle up. Price... ok do it. Had me out of there in 2.5 hours. Rob, John and Manny are awesome guys and next time I'm there, I'll trust them and trustworthy mechanics are VERY hard to come by.

The Manager Megann
The Manager Megann, was understanding of an unfair situation and offered to knock off 50% off the cost of my alignment. I scheduled an alignment for 6 pm on a thursday. I showed up on time at 555 pm, waited patiently for an hour and 10 minutes but then was told that the shop worker left and i would have to come back the next day. These things happen and while it doesnt speak well for the employee who put my car up on a rack but then decided to go home , the manager was sincerely apologetic and I brought my car back the next day.
