Manager was open and honest about the time it was going to take to get to my truck. Completed work within the time frame. Good price on work done. Manager didn't try to push me to get extra work not needed at this time but at the same time was told what is recommended and suggested what should be done soon.

Great service!! They got my daughter’s vehicle right in. I had an appointment with Malone’s garage in Oswego to have the winter tires put on and when I showed up they were closed. I didn’t get a cancellation call from them or any notification. The lady at Mavis really took care of us and we are very thankful!

The tech didn’t double that the windshield wiper blade covers were removed before giving the car back to the customer. The customer did not realize that they were still on and operated the car in rain conditions. This was not safe. The wipers did not work properly and the customer could not see clearly and could have been involved in an accident. I understand that we are all busy but the manager is responsible to ensure that the technician does the job correctly. This could have been avoided by double checking that the wipers were working properly before giving the customer the vehicle after the job was completed.

Mavis in fulton ny is horrible. My husband was that for a screw in the tire called before thay said they could fix it. Got there looked at it told him they couldn't fix it and had the nerve to tell him he had to write a good review or he wouldn't give his key to his car.
so that being say they are rude disrespectful and conniving. So again I don't think they deserve anywhere close to 3000 good review .. at a 5 maybe a 2 with there trashy ways.

These guys are Super. They took care of my tire problems. I got 4 new Goodyear tires, all done fast! Hey we didn't have to bring it back! Now that's a super garage with great Management! Thank you guys!!!! Highly Recommend!
