Outstanding customer service
This review is for Mavis tire in Geneva New York. I had a flat tire and I called there and the guy told me to come right over so I did. I was greeted with customer friendly people at the desk. They kept me informed along the whole way and had to replace the tire. It didn't even take an hour from start to finish! Excellent customer service.

Thanks Gavin!! Mavis saved the day again. My car was shaking terribly after all of the snow and ice. I stopped by 45 minutes before closing and Geneva Mavis got me right in and solved the problem by balancing the tires. Gavin explained to me about how snow and ice can cause balancing issues like I was having.

Without going into details, I came in at 1:00 pm for a NYS inspection and didn’t leave till just after 6:00 pm. Nick was the architect for making this difficult experience a trust building exercise and Kevin was the force that made it happen. They work hard and they’ve earned my respect and my repeat business. I couldn’t disagree more with Chad ( previous reviewer) regarding Kevin.

Excellent service and great time
Excellent service and great time. Awesome, Customer Service. If you need tires done to your car, this will be the best place to go. and they have free Wi-Fi if you need to do your work while you wait for your car.
