Thank you for the positive words! When our customers are happy, we’re happy. We look forward to doing business with you again in the future!
I recently had an excellent experience at NTB Tire Center in Ocean Springs, MS and I wanted to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my tires and answer all my questions with patience. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. The technicians are very knowledgeable and skilled. They assess the conditions and proceeded to fix the problem along with providing recommendations. I felt confident that they had my best interest in mind. I was extremely impressed about how quickly they completed my service. They managed to work efficiently without compromising quality. I was very impressed and believe me, they were extremely busy. Their pricing is reasonable and I felt I received great value and quality for the service I requested. Overall great company, staff and service. They deserve 5 stars.
