Mavis Tire - Hwy 280 Opiniones 4

My family and I have used Mavis numerous times in the past and have had good experiences. But, the most recent is really not a good one. I brought in my son's Highlander vehicle for an oil change and "buckling sound" in the steering column. We ended up having to put $4000 into the vehicle with new struts, control arms and they messed up the axel (Stripped a bolt or something), so so we had to replace it as well. They also performed some brake work. After getting the vehicle home, we heard a loud, high pitch squealing noise in the front and rear. So, I took it to the local Toyota dealership, and they should be a video of how bad the brake work was performed. Also, many of the lug nuts had been tightened so tight, they were breaking off when they had to remove the tires. Summary... I ended up having to spend another $2000 to repair the brakes and do the work properly. So, I am all in $6000 on what I thought would be basic maintenance. In all fairness, the Manager, Kendall, truly tried to help us make it right. He is extremely responsive and even test drove the vehicle to see where the medal on medal squealing sound was coming from. Now, I have to take it back to Toyota to make sure all the other work was performed properly... I just don't trust it. I reached out to the Mavis customer service department to share what happened about a week ago, and have still not received a call back. Again, we have had good experiences, so this one is extremely disappointing.

I went to Mavis Tire and Brakes on Hwy 280 because I had a nail in my tire. I called as I arrived and they said pull around to the back. Greg and Tony were great - super fast and I was done in 10 min total. No charge since I bought my tires from them. Previous experiences have all been positive!

Great experience. Mavis is a wonderful place to have your car serviced and to get tires. They worked with me on the price and did a great job. The people are friendly and always willing to help. It is truly service with a smile. You won't be disappointed. Check around and you will find that their prices are better than most. I have, over time,had new breaks put on, batteries installed (best price in town), bought new tires, and had the oil changed. Service and performance has always exceeded my expectations. Best location, best people.
