The experience was great. However the technicians need to get a lil bit faster with two tires. Got an incredible deal with the manager on duty.
JJ and his crew are amazing, very professional in and out less than a hour will be coming back very soon.

I brought my car in for an alignment when I got it back it was worse than before. I had to go back to the dealer to get it realign and when I called to let them know what happened I was told that they never touched my car if they never touched my car how would I know there was two nails in my tire that is because they told me.
FYI: if you’re a female, do not go by yourself they will try to rip you off and tell you that something is wrong with your car, when nothing is wrong with it just so you can pay more.

They didn’t honor the lifetime tire…
They didn’t honor the lifetime tire warranty on tires I bought from Mavis when I returned it they said they didn’t sell me the tire even though I had receipts. I had had brakes done there I believe they took my money and didn’t fix them because they were the same I had to take car to a different mechanic to fix the brakes

Excellent Customer Service. Mavis standards behind their work. Fare prices for the quality of work performed. Excellent comminutions, I knew the process and when my vehicle was going to be fixed.

The person at the front desk was…
The person at the front desk was personable helpful and efficient. When I got my car back it was clean and ready to go. I need to go back for two tires that were not in stock but will be there tomorrow. I feel they are taking good care of my car.
