I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Have gone to this place for almost 10 years and always had a good experience. They have a new Service Manager Justin who is the most arrogant person I have ever met in a Mavis. So unhelpful and unbothered to help with a tire repair in an emergency. Not going back until he’s gone. Stay away.

Team helped fit me in as a walk in on a busy Saturday. Justin and team were very helpful.

My family has been going to Mavis for over 20 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I trust their professional care and exceptional services for all my car needs. They go out of their way above and beyond. Thank you, Justine and the mechanic ( ) who went out of his way to get the parts and worked on my car…It’s like new again!

Called about an oil change, they got me in on a busy Sunday, spoke to me about the vehicle and some advice in service needed.

As a customer who carefully scheduled an inspection online and received multiple confirmations, I arrived prepared and on time—only to be told the appointment was at a different location and that inspections aren’t done on Mondays. The front desk staff were dismissive and rude, placing the blame on me for coming to the wrong location without any apology or clear explanation. I initially questioned myself, but after reviewing my email confirmation, it was clear I had booked the correct location. This experience felt disrespectful and frustrating, especially as someone who values her time and trusts the system. If this service cannot be reliably provided, it should be removed from the online scheduling system—or at the very least, customers should be proactively contacted if the system is malfunctioning—to prevent unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

Trevor, Brian, and the team at Mavis in Jamison, PA performed my annual inspection quickly and with great professionalism. Prior work at their shop (suspension, brakes, alignments, etc.) has always been performed quickly and with high quality. I highly recommend these professionals and their service. Great customer service, no high pressure sales tactics, and competitive pricing as well.
