Mavis Tire - Lecanto Opiniones 

Had a leaking tire fixed and the Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. My wait time was short and the waiting area was comfortable. They will be my tire store from now on.

I have been a loyal customer of this Mavis location since it first opened. Even after we moved to Homosassa, we continued making the drive to this location because we always trusted the service.

Unfortunately, our most recent visit will be our last.

We brought our vehicle in for a routine oil change, and the drain plug was only hand-tightened. The result was oil leaking all over our driveway after we got home. While the mess was frustrating, it could have been much worse. Had we been commuting or driving a longer distance, the engine could have lost all of its oil, potentially causing catastrophic damage.

An oil change is one of the most basic maintenance services, and something as critical as properly tightening the drain plug should never be overlooked. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a serious safety and quality issue that could have resulted in thousands of dollars in engine damage.

I’m extremely disappointed because this location had earned my loyalty over the years. Sadly, this experience has caused us to lose confidence in the quality of the work, and we will not be returning.

Outstanding service. Recently while traveling out of state, we had to replace two tires. The only shop we could find with our tire size was a Mavis Tire Store. Upon returning home we had concerns about some of the work done. Took the car to Mavis in Lecanto. The Lecanto team proved to be efficient, and highly professional. In a matter of minutes they diagnosed and solved my concerns, fixed all the problems and did not charge for their time. I was impressed. This team and the service received was far beyond my expectation and certainly deserving of a 5 Star rating.

My wife brought in our car jut for an oil change. Without her asking or giving permission they checked and tried to sell her an air filter, she said no but we have big tree in our front yard that put leaves on hood of car which they let fall in to air intake while trying to sell us something we did not ask for or give permission to do so. As soon as she was driving out of Mavis the engine light come on and started having issues with car, brought back denied any kind of accountability and very rude to wife and talked down to her like she was an idiot. Mavis is not trustworthy and was very insulting towards her. please do not give them your hard earned money. They are rude, try to sale you things you did not ask for and will not stand behind Work!

Fantastic service. I was greeted at the desk by Chris who was able to get me in and out quick despite the busy evening. Staff were kind and genuine to all guests. Would highly recommend to any and all drivers who want a great experience during their maintenance.

Mavis in lecanto refused to to honor my road hazard warranty for a flat tire and then had the gall to charge me over $300 for a new tire and ltp valve. I won’t go back.
