Tire had a nail. Took it off the vehicle and dropped it off. Said they couldn’t patch it. I would need to buy a new $300 tire. I will just go to Walmart and a $10 patch kit.

Tire had a nail

Greetings I want to give Kudos to Ms. Brooke and Mr Chico. When I walked into the establishment they immediately greeted me with a pleasant & kind welcome. I explained to them what's my issue with my car and they both stated what it could but then stated what they would do is a diagnostic and confirm everything to me once they look at it. What really made me feel comfortable was how pleasant they were and the knowledge they both provided me about my car. They presented themselves as "very knowledgable of their job and I/we will give you the best service there is". I would recommend Mavis anytime and with employees like Ms. Brooke and Mr. Chico >>Mavis I MUST say those two employees are truly an asset to your company.
