Mavis Tire - New Lenox Opiniones 

I went to this location to get a tire repaired. Only a plug. The technician said it wasn’t repairable, said we had to buy two new tires which would cost over $700? He said you can’t have only one new tire because the vehicle will not function properly with only one new tire. We said that we wanted to get the tire repaired and we were not buying tires, and he refused to even plug it. I knew better because I work in the industry as a manager for a dealership, and I even mentioned that to him He didn’t care or understand. So later that day we took the car to Firestone in Mokena and they plugged it . No problem! Their service was excellent. ., The tire was plugged at Firestone in Mokena for $31. Do not trust Mavis in New Lenox, they will upsell you and they are not honest technicians.,
I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to warn everyone.

Team at New Lenox location was friendly, professional, communicated well. Got me right in for an Uber inspection! Great business!

They are very thorough n honest. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend and go back to them again.

Great service always at the New Lenox Mavis. Mechanic John is trustworthy and clearly explains the work needed to keep our cars in top shape. He has caught several issues that could have caused problems if left unaddressed. Pete at the front desk is polite and professional.

Pete at the front desk was extremely nice, helpful and patient. He helped us with a purchase we made online which the prices are cheaper. He had great customer service. He made my experience at Mavis easy and not so bad to buy new tires.
