I took my Mom's vehicle to get checked out and they were so honest with me. I give this location a 5 star. Best customer service provided by Kevin. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Toyota of Newburgh wanted to charge me three times the amount that Mavis charged me for less. Tyler was awsome at giving me a great deal on my air volve sensor for my Toyota Camry & saved me hundreds. (Anthony) store manager, gave me a good deal on brakes & rotors back to front, Will (service mechanic) was top notch service on my Lexus. Newburgh Mavis Tire are some of the best in the hudson valley. Thanks to all the Folks over a Mavis Discount Tire in Newburgh. You guys rock!!

Good service, I was in and out thanks to it being not too busy

I called yesterday and was scheduled for this morning. I was checked in by a young lady with a very friendly demeanor, she was a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who was working the counter with her was also very friendly, both were knowledgeable. I was happy with how they represented themselves and Mavis when I returned to retrieve my vehicle. The attitude and demeanor of people whom I initially make contact with at a business will often determine my overall feeling about that business. Mavis is fortunate to have these two, I wish that I could recall their names.

Tyler Cook did a fantastic job and saved us a ton of money !! Another store had recommended work to be done on our vehicle and we thought it was odd because it had been done not so long ago. He told us it definitely did not need to be done. I know him personally, he is straight up and honest and definitely is someone to take your vehicle to so you don’t get taken for a ride by someone else !!
