I went in on Friday, 1/16/2026, with a totally flat tire on my Volvo XC40. I was greeted kindly by Aaron when I walked into store location and because of the initial greeting, I felt that I had chosen the right place to get my tire situation handled. Aaron was very careful, patient and showed me consideration in the handling of my concern at hand. The whole process was a pleasant one with him, Aaron, recommending, I purchase 2 tires instead of the one that was damaged and explained to me why that was best. His expertise and his ability to show excellent customer service, were refreshing!

WE ARE WATCHING YOU ALL We just tried to call and reach at 914-984-2500 but 3 times our call got hungup by your team ! we are calling to speak with the ownership and authorities to negotiate this 2nd ransomare attack! by world leaks but if we will get ignored like this we will not be nice any more! we are capable to destroy entire business
