Made an appointment with Ron who confirmed mechanic would be there- showed up and was told he gave the mechanic the day off by guy at the desk. Would of been nice to have gotten a phone call, then received a message from Ron regarding my no show appointment- I called back explained the situation - still no apology or sorry we didn't contact you and you had taken the day off for this appointment. He just said do you need the service or not? Super rude- Yes I still need the work but I need to go somewhere that will have a mechanic when they said they would and not be inconsiderate with peoples time.

Excellent service and was in and out within an hour and a half.

Chris always takes care of me. He explains (and even shows me) anything going on with my car, tells me about any fixes to anticipate, and makes sure I’m doing what’s best to care for my car.

The staff was friendly and responsive and I got my vehicle back quickly.

The guys here are great and the waiting area was nice and cold my car was ready in a timely manner this is a great place to get your car serviced.

The service is always first-rate. In and out quickly.

Little rough start but things got better. Car ran great wi the change of air filter, oil and filter. The current desk staff isn’t as good as the staff previously stationed at this location.
I asked about tires two months ago for my other vehicle and no one really provided any details. Just ego online to check pricing.

I'm always happy and satisfied with how these guys take pride with the work done on my vehicle. Great location with great people giving extra stars to Walter, Asst Manager & Chris, Manager & Ozzy. My vehicle is always serviced correctly on the first time & very respectful of my waiting time. Very appreciative of these guys.

I would like to thank Walter at the store for working with me until we resolved a headlight problem for my 2009 Chevy Impala. He worked for several weeks to locate the part needed to replace the Headlight pigtail. This kept me from having to go to the dealer to do the work. Thank you Thank you.
