I recently visited the Shop on Payne street in North Tonawanda, where i usually go for small work like brakes, oil changes or tires. This was by far my worst experience ever allowing someone to work on my vehicle. The heavy set bald guy with a black pickup truck worked on my vehicle and also went through my car. I was there to have my brakes done mind you. He was in my car while it was on the lift, not sure why. I have never before seen a mechanic work on my brakes from inside the vehicle. He ask me if i want my Vape out my car. I was confused because i don't vape. I was puzzled, I didn't understand so I asked him what Vape, and he says the Vape pin. I realized he meant the pin my friend left in my car that I hid in the middle compartment of my car. I covered this pin with mail, sunglasses, perfume bottles and lotions that no one could see unless they were rummaging through my stuff. The manager heard him and she shook her head because she caught on before I did that he shouldn't have been going through my items in my car. I wouldn't recommend ever going back there with that guy working. Later while this same Mechanic was fixing my brakes, he became frustrated because they ordered the wrong size brake pads, so he hits my car with a iron rod. Remind you the place allows you to see everything he is doing. I reported this incident to the corp.office and I told them what happened, they said they would talk with him. They mechanics only make $18 an hour so I know they don't care, and neither do the mechanic. I will be sharing this information everywhere I will be writing more reviews to save someone else from going to that specific shop.

Fantastic job. Didn't over charge me, or put an unnecessary tire on and when I did the alignment, they gave me the patch for free instead of the normal cost! Definitely will be my go to

Manager Curtis got me the best price for my tires, and had amazing customer service. Wouldn’t stop till I got what I was looking for and the price I was hoping for. Best place to get tires in WNY! I recommend coming to see him today!

I went in for an oil change and Robert, the assistant manager, got me in and out in less than an hour. He has a great crew working for him, one you can trust.
