DONT GO TO MAVIS PALMYRA
Took my vehicle in for inspection and oil change today, Monday.12 29 25. Picked vehicle up thought the bill was cheap.
THEY NEVER CHANGED MY OIL. I PLANNED A SITTER FOR MY 90YO MOTHER JUST TO BE ABLE TO GO TODAY.

Today I had to be a walk in
Today I had to be a walk in, I always try and schedule an appointment. Chris was fantastic. An oil change was completed on my Granddaughter's car in 45 minutes.

Chris and Brian were extremely helpful on having a battery ordered and installed for me as quickly as possible. I have had Mavis help me with my car 3x this week.
Oil Change on the weekend
Brian patched my tire for within 10 minutes of me pulling in ...he fit me in between customers to get me to work on time
My boyfriend and I have used Mavis since we moved here almost 3 years ago.
They are excellent and will not be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else.
Thank you to all the Staff for excellent customer service and knowing my car has always been done right.

Awesome service!
Brian was exceptional! I thought I would have to wait a day or so for a tire replacement, but I was in and out within 15 minutes! I would recommend this location to anyone.

The morning started with sleet and ice…
The morning started with sleet and ice on roads. Stopped for gas and was made aware my front right tire was almost flat. I put air in tire hoping to get it in to be fixed. I called a couple places and Mavis was the only one that could fix my tire so I could get to work. The customer service was very friendly. They took my jeep back right away and made me aware it was a valve leak couple minutes later. They inspected the other tires and I was out in 20 minutes and was wished a Merry Christmas with no charge. I can't remember the last time I have had such friendly service
