Never again! I have a higher end vehicle with black lug caps on each wheel. I had 1 missing when I arrived, I specifically checked before I left my home as tire shops always seem to lose them. Car was delivered back with 5 missing lug caps! Attendant tried to tell me it came in missing a couple. Well, even giving the benefit of the doubt that I can't see or count, a couple is TWO not FOUR! No wonder their lot is always empty!

We stopped for an oil change. We did not have an appointment and we only had to wait 10 minutes.

I came in with my right front tire leaking air. Ebenezer was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

Went in for an oil change and 4 tires. They upgraded my tires, they then found out that I needed new lug nuts, they ordered those, and had my suv in and out super quick. And they explained the lug nut problem to me in detail before doing the work. I will go back for any future needs. Also got great service from Allen. I really appreciate all they did.

Pittsfield MA repair shop was a very good experience they were expedient professional and courteous. Brought our car in for emergency repairs and had it all done in a couple of hours. I highly recommend these guys

From dropping my car and to the walk through .. i felt very comfortable from the front end person to Anthony. Anthony made sure that i tried every alternate solution to make sure i got the care for my car. He even had conversations with me and it it was very personable . Even when i could tell he wasn't having such a great day.. he made sure that i didn't feel like an inconvenience.. ! I also appreciate how he took time to express when he was apologetic while he was busy attending to other customers or mechanics. He broke down what was wrong with my car... he was great and exceeded customer service expectation..I appreciate his service and he is definitely a reason i would return because the energy was actually great even when you are having car issues... Thanksss again Anthony!!!

TERRIBLE at the Pittsfield, MA location! Waited over 1 1/2 hours watching a mechanic try to put 2 tires on my car. They broke 2 tire sensors! Finally got car with 2 wrong tires installed! Staff were rude and incompetent.
HORRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and their staff seem to be making false and repetitive 5 star reviews on their website, false advertising! AVOID!!

Daniel was most helpful and had excellent presence.
Tire repair was done in a timely manner.
I am very pleased with the service provided and will certainly use Mavis for future service

Had 4 new MICHELIN tires installed yesterday. It took 2 hours while they continued to try to sell me OVERPRICED brake jobs, replacement struts

I stopped in at our local Mavis discount tire to have my blinker and tail light fixed. The service was exceptional and they took me right in and did the work. They were very professional and Mitch was wonderful.

Easy to get in for work, and excellent explanation of problem and how they solved it.

Always fast,friendly service. More than fair pricing.
