I’ve been coming to Mavis in Plaistow…
I’ve been coming to Mavis in Plaistow now for awhile because of their consistent excellence in customer service! I have encountered many of the wonderful folks that work here and they really go out of their way to help you get your vehicle safe and repaired without breaking the bank! They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need and that makes me trust them even more! I left a review last time for Megan and this time since I have been back Michael helped me with my oil change and even checked my tires to see if they needed to be rotated. He knew I was having a rough day and was so incredibly nice. It’s people like the staff at Mavis that make a difference in someone’s day and they do it everytime and for every customer! I’am so grateful to have the help I receive everytime from this phenomenal bunch of folks here! Thanks again to all of you!!!

I’ve had a slow leak in my tire for a while
I’ve had a slow leak in my tire for sometime and every place I brought it to kept telling me it was the valve stem. I took it into Mavis and the young man, Nathan, who was very nice, professional and polite indicated to me that maybe it could be a slow leak from a nail I said well everybody I’ve seen so far said that it’s most likely my valve stem. Well it wasn’t my valve stem it was a very thin nail. I’m happy that I finally got it taken care of, and I felt the Service at Mavis was very good!
