Quick to take us, quick to get us done. Were very professional. Prices were great.

I am a long customer of Mavis but in Allentown, pa. I had tire issues today and went to Quaker town. Jesse had excellent customer service. He took care of me immediately I was done in less than an hour make sure he gets recognition I am a retail manager and customers are very often not very nice

Helpful gentlemen and fairly quick service

I explained the issues I was having with my rear brakes and they didn’t listen. When they called to give me my diagnosis it had nothing to do with what was actually happening. I explained again over the phone and was told “well that’s a whole different category” just because there’s something else that’s causing the original brake issue but it’s still related to my brakes. Obviously they didn’t do a thorough job or didn’t really care.

New management is first class. The new mechanics are actually friendly and take pride in their work. I will be recommending this location to all of my family and friends.

Bob is the best. Traveling from out of town with a flat tire. Fast reliable service. The best place for your tire needs

Mavis had THE BEST price I could find on my Continental Tires; they beat all competitors. I dropped the car off and got a call 2 hours later that the tires were mounted, balanced, and installed. Bob behind the counter came out to the lot a few days later and checked the torque. Nice job Mavis!

Cory is great great manager don’t ever get rid of him he’s great with the customers knows everybody very knowledgeable but your actual Mavis customer service area is filthy and needs to be cleaned filthy as a customer that’s unacceptable and I took pictures but the staff that you have under Cory is excellent
